Novo Foam Products LLC was founded in 2004 by a team of experienced business, technology, manufacturing and service industry professionals. Our initial focus was the development of a value added strong, lightweight shipping solution and a business model that would address the changing needs of the global shipping industry. Our development project resulted in the invention of the INOVO Process and the Air Ride Pallet line of material handling products.
The INOVO process is heralded by the plastics industry as a long awaited breakthrough and was chosen most innovative product in 2005 by the Society of Plastics Engineers PLASTIC ENGINEERING magazine. Our patent pending process has enabled Novo Foam to develop a technological breakthrough in the material handling industry. The Air Ride Pallet line combines the INOVO process with highly engineered design, materials and innovative manufacturing and business solutions. Since unveiling our technology in 2005, our engineering, manufacturing and business development specialists have been engaged in product and application development projects creating value added customized solutions for the material handling, transportation, marine / recreation, and building and specialty products industries.
